The Gloria’s Joy Foundation was established in honor of Gloria Joy Miers, founder and producer of The Legends of Western Swing Music Festival, which has been entertaining and impacting fans of Bob Wills and Western Swing music for more than 3 decades. Gloria’s vision and great joy was to insure Western Swing music lived on and impacted the lives of its fans, musicians and their families. Gloria’s Joy Foundation is driven by her passion and the desire to keep this music, its musicians, their families and the fans center stage in its focus and support.

The Legends of Western Swing Music Festival will continue to be the main fundraiser for this 501(c)3 Foundation, giving us a new path to providing custom made cowboy boots to veterans who have been wounded in fighting for our great country. These boots are provided at no charge to these special vets, thanks to your donations and Olsen-Stelzer Boots. Gloria’s Joy Foundation also provides support to Western Swing musicians and their families facing a life impacting crisis through the GJF Benevolence Fund. Both of these missions are supported by your generous donations and proceeds from The Legends of Western Swing Music Foundation.
